Wet materials after water line break in Crosby, MN

It's the Water Damage You Don't See.

A small water leak can affect more areas than the eye can see.  In this case a refrigerator line broke causing substantial damage throughout the house.  This particular property was unoccupied and listed for sale at the time.  It was determined that the leak ran for about 36 hours.  

SERVPRO of Brainerd and Park Raids received the call early on a Sunday morning and was on-site within an hour.  We were able to inspect and discuss affected areas with the homeowner.  From the pictures you can see how a relatively small area can turn into a much larger project.  All parties involved with this property were happy that we were able to clean up and dry out the property in a timely fashion so the home could be sold quickly.
