Condensation seeped through this ceiling and into its wall cavities causing water damage and mold from an inefficient HVAC system. We set up a containment room, removed the damaged drywall and pocket doors.  After drying the affected areas our SERVPRO tech used his training to remove the mold that was not deeply set in the framing with abrasive sponges and a HEPA filtered vacuum to stop the circulation of mold spores.  Than it was treated with an anti-microbial. We saved all parties involved stress, money and frustration with our timely mold remediation.
