Broken water pressure tank wreaks havoc in Hubbard County.

This flooded basement was the result of a water pressure take failing.  SERVPRO of Brainerd and Park Rapids was called in to extract the water, remove all affected materials and dry the structure out to reduce any chance of secondary damage.  The after picture was taken on the second day to showcase the drying process.  Not pictured is the industrial dehumidifier used to reduce the humidity in the structure and assist in the structural drying.  Both the homeowner and contractor were thrilled with our timely response and that it was only four days to complete our process.
